Important Notice: Before initiating any return, please contact our customer service. Unapproved returns will not be processed and may be donated to a social organization after 30 days.

For legitimate complaints, we will provide a return shipping label. Once we receive and review the item, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.

Right of Withdrawal: Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products. For other products, you have a right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
